This house is going down to the studs with all new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows, insulation and more. We will be taking this 1950's gem and giving it all new life.
Commercial Office Makeover
We will be taking this relatively standard looking light industrial office space and giving it a complete makeover. This change will bring an otherwise cold and bland space to a whole new level of warmth and sophistication. We are excited for the final results.

Blackhawk Gameroom / Theater
What started out as an empty bonus room on a second floor became a multi-purpose, family-centric space. This room underwent a complete buildout with 7.2.2 Channel Dolby Atmos Surround sound, 100" theater screen, and high-definition projector. Custom lighting was added with layered control allowing for specific zones to be lit independently. This room also incorporates a dual computer gaming station and a full-size air hockey table. A great space built for great times.
